Developing Talent
One of our strengths is our openness with volunteers. Some volunteers are already developing their talents and are looking for opportunities to develop them further. Others may have a keen interest or a basic knowledge in a particular area, but are yet to actually work in their field of interest.
Our projects are designed to be as inclusive as possible. Quite often, it may not be clear to an observer who are the professionals on the team and who are the volunteers.
