As a not-for-profit community interest company, it’s really important that we keep all of our work as transparent as possible.

We keep all correspondence with customers tracked via an online Helpdesk provided by our sister company Conical Sphere Media. Not only does this help us spread the workload throughout our organisation, it also helps us reduce costs and ultimately provide a better service for the work we do.

    User Accounts which can be linked to the main Primary Contact. These accounts are useful is there are multiple contacts within a business or organisation who may need to request support. All support requests are copied to the Primary Contact to maintain transparency and an overview of all support given.

    There is no maximum amount of secondary contacts, however please be aware that there may be an additional charge for this service depending on workload.
