Musicians Richard McLester and David Owen Norris have teamed up to produce the music and soundscapes behind the Poole Passion Play for 2010. The community production is in it’s second year performing on 8th, 9th and 10th April.
Directed by Sharon Muiruri, the performances will feature original compositions by David Owen Norris, who is Professor of Musical Performance at the University of Southampton and an Honorary Fellow of Keble College, Oxford. Interspersing the compositions by David Owen Norris will be haunting improvisations from the current Director of Music at St Peter’s Church, Parkstone, Richard McLester.
